This is a great book, I couldn't put it down. The exercises are a real bonus, they really helped me get out of my own way to become a stronger more self assured woman. I highly recommend this book to all women who want to live a happier and more fulfilling life. Our culture is hard on our gender and this really helped me to cope with all that "stuff" out there that can really drag you down sometimes.
I recently borrowed from the library. If you want the answers to your problems this book has all the solutions and they are fairly easy to follow. I am purchasing this book soon, so I can take notes to build myself up with Amy’s tools. Definitely one of the best books to have and to pass along.

Each chapter gets to the point. Just real and genuine stories , and suggestions to get through the things we (women) don’t do, without it being a step by step book which is great. I’ve read 13 things mentally strong people don’t do and that was great too. Amy is an outstanding author her writing style comes from real life situations. Nothing but the truth the hard truth & it’s what we need if we want to improve.
